"The Greenbank Project agreed to exhibit the completed paintings in one of their venues in the area. Liverpool City council backed it with a fillip five hundred pounds toward me off-setting the greater costs, which by then I had incurred. I’d overrun that amount by framing everyone’s paintings, but the city council wouldn’t be pushed for more. "
